Trim Levels of the 2021 Jeep Gladiator

Brought to you by Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep

The Jeep Gladiator is part truck, part Jeep, and all power! While the Gladiator is classified as a midsize pickup, it's so much more than that. The best way to think of the Jeep Gladiator is it's a longer, four-door style Wrangler with a five-foot bed instead of a normal cargo area. The Gladiator also comes with an amazing off-road prowess that would make other Jeep models proud. Perhaps one of the most notable things about this year's version of the Jeep Gladiator is its new engine option. It's a 3.0-liter diesel V6 that delivers 260 horsepower and stark 442 lb-ft of torque. This is more than a simple powertrain option as it gives the Gladiator an even greater appeal for road-tripping or going off-road. There are four trim levels available for the 2021 Jeep Gladiator, and each one comes packed with features. Continue reading as we go over what each one offers!

Sport

Kicking off the Gladiator's trim levels is the Sport, and there are two wonderful engine options available for it. The first is the standard 3.6-liter V6 that kicks out an impressive 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. You can get this engine with either an eight-speed automatic or six-speed manual transmission. Optional is a 3.0-liter diesel-powered V6 that pumps out 260 horsepower and a remarkable 442 lb-ft of torque. This engine exclusively pairs with an eight-speed automatic. A five-foot bed comes standard, as does four-wheel-drive. Features for the Sport include a manually adjustable tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, cruise control, an eight-speaker audio system, and a 5-inch central display. You also get a soft folding top, removable doors, and a fold-down front windshield.

Overland

Next up is the Gladiator Overland, which builds on the Sport with automatic headlights, power windows, power door, and tailgate locks, heated power mirrors with an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and automatic climate control. There is also some great tech equipment, such as a 7-inch central display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You even get some luxury items such as a leather-wrapped steering wheel and two USB ports.

Rubicon

If you're looking to do some serious off-roading, you will want to go with the Gladiator Rubicon trim. It comes with a 4.10 rear axle ratio for increased towing and 33-inch all-terrain tires. Also coming standard are fenders with increased ground clearance, locking front and rear differentials, and FOX shock absorbers. You also get an electronically disconnectable front stabilizer bar, body-protecting rock rails, and a special two-speed transfer case for better off-road gearing.

Mojave

The final trim available for the Gladiator is the Mojave which comes with a reinforced frame and a transfer case tuned to run with a four-wheel-drive at higher speeds. Also standard for the Mojave are FOX internal bypass shocks with hydraulic jounce bumpers, a Desert Rated Badge instead of the Trail Rated one, and a 1-inch lift for the front suspension. Like all trims of the Gladiator, the Mojave has several available options such as LED headlights, a more extensive 8.4-inch infotainment system, leather seating surfaces, and a spray-in bedliner.
