The available 5.7L Hemi V8 with eTorque can handle towing loads up to 12,750 pounds and is capable of making up to 23 mpg on the highway. There is also a Hemi V8 without eTroque and a 3.0L EcoDiesel engine that can tow up to 12,560 pounds! All engines come paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and either RWD or 4WD.

2020 Chevrolet Silverado LT Double Cab Power & Handling

Chevrolet offers three different engines for the LT. The standard engine is a 2.7L Turbo with active fuel management that allows the LT to make up to 23 mpg on the highway. The engine pushes out 310 horsepower, 348 lb-ft of torque, and can tow up to up 6,800 pounds. An available 5.3L V8 with DFM pumps out 355 horsepower, 383 lb-ft of torque, and can tow up to 11,600 pounds. The diesel option for the LT can handle towing loads up to 9,300 pounds with the help of 277 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque.

The high towing numbers of the Big Horn are thanks in part to the frame of the truck which is built with 98-percent high-strength steel. Chrome accents are found all over the exterior of the Big Horn, but they can be swapped out for either black accents or body-colored ones depending on the available appearance package you choose. The interior comes standard with a 5-inch touchscreen and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot standard. The touchscreen can also be swapped out for an 8.4-inch touchscreen with navigation and smartphone integration.

2020 Chevrolet Silverado LT Double Cab Features & Design

The LT arrives on the scene on a set of 17-inch 255/70R17 all-season tires that are wrapped around aluminum wheels that have been painted in Bright Silver. The exterior of the LT is defined by its chrome mirror caps, body-colored door handles, daytime running lights, and chrome bumpers. The interior of the LT is adorned with cloth upholstery and has carpeted floors. On the tech front, you'll find Bluetooth, a 12-volt auxiliary power outlet, and a 4-way manual driver seat.
